Sight word cards

Your list as large plain cards to cut out, with as many to a page as still leave the word readable across a room.

It runs entirely in this browser tab: the seed makes a sheet repeatable, nothing is uploaded, and nothing about a child is stored anywhere.

Settings

Along a line
How many cards fit across the page. A number from 1 to 4.
Cutting lines
On or off. Starts on.
Shuffle
On or off. Starts on.
Seed
The same seed prints the same sheet, for the whole class and for next year. Empty draws a fresh one and shows it.

How to use it

  1. Paste your text into the box above, or open a file.
  2. Adjust the settings beside it until the result is what you wanted.
  3. Copy the result, or save it as a file. The result updates as you type.

Questions

Can I print the same sheet again?
Yes, and that is what the seed is for. Type a word or a number into it and the sheet is the same every time; share the link and everybody gets that sheet. A fresh one shows the seed it used, so a sheet that went well can be pinned after the fact.
Where are the answers?
On the sheet, unless you switch them off — and the result says which way round it is. Turn them off before handing it out; turn them back on for marking.
Is anything about my class stored?
No. There is no account, no progress and no score, and no list you paste leaves this tab. The sheet is drawn in the browser and printed from it.
How do I print it?
Copy or save the result and print that. What comes out is what is on the screen: the sheets are laid out to be printed rather than to be filled in on a phone.

Other tools for study sheets

Flashcard sheet
Your pairs as cards to cut out, with the backs mirrored so that a two-sided print lines up.

Quiz sheet
Your questions with the answers shuffled among the wrong ones, and a key that says where the right one went.

Vocabulary sheet
Your word pairs as a test in one direction or the other, alternating line by line rather than doubling the sheet.

Spelling practice sheet
Each of your words with room to write it again several times, and a column of blanks for the test.

Conjugation sheet
Your own conjugation table with some of it taken away by seeded draw. No verb tables are shipped: which persons and tenses a language has is that language's business.

Handwriting worksheet
Ruled lines with your text at the start of each, faint to trace over, or blank to write on.
